Impact Logic: why our formats land

Beneath concept and creative sits a scientific layer.

What determines whether a message is still there after the event? We approach communication from the recipient's mind and derive dramaturgy, language and sequencing from it. Attitude matters more than technique.

Four models that shape our work

  • Fast and slow thinking

Decisions are made quickly and often unconsciously. We design cues that work on fast thinking, and high points that stay with people at the end.

  • Emotion before argument

Without an emotional connection there is no way in. We build resonance before we make the argument.

  • Basic needs

Belonging, orientation and self-worth. Formats that meet these needs are the ones that stick.

  • Self-determination

People follow when they feel self-determined. We invite rather than instruct.

How this becomes dramaturgy

  • Framing & peak-end

Sequence and high points determine what is remembered.

  • Choice architecture

Defaults and choice design shape the participant journey, from invitation to registration.

  • Authority & social proof

The choice of speakers and the invitation carry part of the persuasion before the first talk begins.

  • Recurring contact

Familiarity comes from frequency, not volume.

  • Ability, motivation, prompt

Behaviour needs all three. That is why our work does not end on the day of the event.

From journey to impact lever

From journey to impact lever

We link qualitative reality, behavioural science and data into one continuous chain. First we understand the actual stages, the language and the emotions along the way. Then we map the decision points, for patients and clinicians alike. Behavioural science explains why each decision point is decided the way it is. Data shows how large the gap is, and where. The final question is which lever promises the greatest impact, measured by the size of the gap and by how far it can be influenced.

Connected to your commercial logic

Connected to your commercial logic

Our formats are tools within your management system, not isolated occasions. We work with segmentation, targeting and territory logic as naturally as with communication architecture and behaviour-based metrics. Medical education thus becomes part of the strategy rather than an add-on.

A learning system

A learning system

Every event yields feedback that informs the planning of the next. A series of individual projects becomes a chain that keeps improving.

What you gain

  • For your project

Before implementation, you know at which point in the chain your format is meant to work.

  • For your organisation

The activity connects to the same logic you already use to manage the business.

  • For you personally

You justify your decision with a traceable chain of reasoning, not a gut feeling.

How do you want to measure your next success?

Let us talk about your objectives. We will tell you plainly what can be evidenced and what cannot.
